By accessing and using The Bridge ("the Site"), a community storytelling publication operated by RiverWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
RiverWise reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of Content
The content published on The Bridge is intended for informational and community storytelling purposes. Unless otherwise noted, all articles, photographs, and other content are the property of their respective authors and RiverWise.

Membership and Payments
The Bridge offers both free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to:
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize recurring charges at the subscription rate displayed at the time of purchase
- Accept Stripe's Terms of Service for payment processing
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of RiverWise.
Intellectual Property
The Bridge name, logo, and branding are the property of RiverWise. All content, design, and functionality of the Site are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User-submitted content (such as comments) remains the property of the submitting user, but by posting on the Site you grant RiverWise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with the Site.
Disclaimers
The content on The Bridge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RiverWise does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content published on the Site.
The Bridge is a community publication, not a professional news organization. While we strive for accuracy, the stories and perspectives shared reflect those of their individual authors.
Limitation of Liability
